A renowned Dutch supplier of refurbishments on hot section gas turbine parts and turbine services was receiving considerable business from a large middle-east power utility.
Hot section parts were both repaired as part of a multi-year frame agreement as well as per individual tender.
In close cooperation with the local representative, providing extended logistic services, all major as well as remote power plants were visited to increase customer awareness and satisfaction.
In considerable competition ongoing issues were settled and the contract was renewed.
